Phimosis Stretching Key Points

Tips to consider:

  • Ensure that the skin is healthy, with no underlying conditions which may limit progress. 

  • Avoid prolonged and aggressive stretching, as this can cause inflammation.

  • Persevere with a daily regime of 2-3 sessions per day, with one session during a bath or shower.

  • Always avoid Phimocure copies, they are unlikely to be progressive grade material, and will not be designed to prevent ischaemia.

  • If you lose a ring, or the pre-stretcher, do not attempt to miss a size, email us and we will send a free replacement.
